GIVEAWAY – Refillable 1lb Propane Cylinders Exchange

In honor of this Labor Day Holiday, RecycleMore is offering a refillable gas cylinder exchange at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility at 101 Pittsburg Ave, Richmond, CA, Wednesday – Saturday (9am-4pm).

Starting September 1, 2023, bring in your empty 1lb. single-use propane cylinders in exchange for one (1) FREE 1lb. refillable propane camping cylinder. Limit one (1) per household, until supplies last. Proof of residency required.

This exchange event is open to residents of West Contra Costa County in the cities of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo and the unincorporated West County areas (Bayview, East Richmond Heights, El Sobrante, Montalvin Manor, North Richmond, Rollingwood and Tara Hills), as well as Crockett, Port Costa, Rodeo, Tormey, and Kensington.
