RecycleMore was one of the vendor booths and distributed over 200 Used Oil Drainer Containers and Duo Capacity Oil Filter Drainers, as well as oil funnels and shop rags, to residents attending the event. Reusable tote bags and jar openers made of recycled tires were distributed at the booth as well. In addition, 200 Mr. Funnelhead’s Oil Buster Activity Coloring Books were passed out to children of all ages, including adults. These items were distributed at no charge to the public and funded by RecycleMore and a grant from CalRecycle.

This was a great opportunity for RecycleMore to engage with the public and talk about how to properly dispose of Used Motor Oil, curbside collection, and drop-off at certified collection locations as well the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility at 101 Pittsburg Ave in Richmond.
