HHW Disposal Guide - Recyclemore

Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) must never be poured down the drain or placed in the regular trash or recycling. These items include paints, cleaners, oils, batters and pesticides. Dispose of these items through local hazardous waste programs, local collection events, retailer take-back programs, or specific mail-back programs. Be sure to keep products in original containers with their original labels.

A permanent HHW collection facility is available to residents of West Contra Costa County.
