Cliff has over 30 years of experience serving California municipalities and consulting on developing, implementing and managing both collection and post-collection solid waste and recycling programs and services. He has a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Waste Management from SUNY at Stony Brook and an MBA in International Business from St. Mary’s College of California.

Reka works closely with Member Agencies and Franchised Haulers to meet State recycling and waste disposal requirements, as well as creates programs to aid residents in diverting unwanted items from the landfill in this jurisdiction. She oversees the Recycling and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Programs.
Reka has a background in sustainable materials management and has experience working in solid waste programs in Canada and in the San Francisco Bay Area. Reka has a B.S. degree in Environmental Practice from Royal Roads University.
