Cliff Feldman is Executive Director of the West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority (WCCIWMA)/RecycleMore. RecycleMore is a Joint Powers Agency serving the cities of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond and San Pablo, and contiguous areas of Contra Costa County. RecycleMore is a public agency that provides its members assistance with post-collection services, Household Hazardous Waste services, regulatory compliance, recycling and solid waste planning and related services.
Cliff has over 30 years of experience serving California municipalities and consulting on developing, implementing and managing both collection and post-collection solid waste and recycling programs and services. He has a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Waste Management from SUNY at Stony Brook and an MBA in International Business from St. Mary’s College of California.

Reka is the Deputy Executive Director and Regulatory Manager for the West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority (WCCIWMA)/RecycleMore.
Reka works closely with Member Agencies and Franchised Haulers to meet State recycling and waste disposal requirements, as well as creates programs to aid residents in diverting unwanted items from the landfill in this jurisdiction. She oversees the Recycling and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Programs.
Reka has a background in sustainable materials management and has experience working in solid waste programs in Canada and in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Reka has a B.S. degree in Environmental Practice from Royal Roads University.

Lisa Borreani is the Marketing and Operations Manager for the West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority (WCCIWMA)/RecycleMore.
In this role, she leads the public outreach and education programs for recycling, solid waste, and household hazardous waste, as well as oversees the website including the online recycling guide and all content creation for the Authority. In addition, she manages the day to day operations and administrative functions as well as oversees the Authority accounting functions, and Treasurer role.
She has a B.A. degree in Advertising from San Jose State University.
